The organic fertilizer granulation production line is a complete set of equipment used to process organic waste (such as livestock manure, straw) into granular fertilizer. The core process includes fermentation treatment, crushing and batching, granulation, drying and other links.

Core equipment and processes

1. Fermentation treatment:

Degradation of harmful substances and improvement of material maturity through fermentation turntables (55-65 ℃ high-temperature fermentation)

2. Crushing and batching:

The vertical/horizontal crusher crushes the material to below 3mm, and the horizontal mixer adds auxiliary materials such as humic acid and microbial agents in proportion.

3. Granulation method:

Drum granulation: The material is formed into particles through centrifugal force and friction inside the rotating drum, suitable for high humidity and viscosity materials (such as bacterial residue and distiller's grains).

Disc granulation: The material rolls and aggregates on an inclined disc, suitable for forming powdered materials. 64. Drying and packaging: The rotary dryer removes moisture, the cooling machine cools down, the machine is graded, and finally filled through an automatic packaging machine.

Production capacity

The single line processing capacity can reach 3000-5000kg/h, with an annual output covering 10000 to 200000 tons, supporting both powder and particle forms.
