As a major agricultural country, Bangladesh generates a large amount of waste such as straw, rice husks, and livestock manure every year. Traditional disposal methods such as incineration or stacking not only cause resource waste, but also lead to serious environmental pollution and public health problems. Meanwhile, the soil in the country has deteriorated due to long-term use of fertilizers, and there is an urgent need to replenish organic matter.

We have designed and built a complete, highly automated organic fertilizer production line for our clients. The production line adopts advanced "aerobic high-temperature fermentation" technology, and the core equipment includes:

Crushing and pretreatment system: Mix various waste materials evenly, adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio and moisture content.

Trough type flipping fermentation system: accelerates material fermentation through forced oxygen supply and regular flipping, and kills pathogens and weed seeds at sustained high temperatures, achieving harmless treatment.

Precision machining system: including crushing, screening, and dust removal to ensure uniform particle size of the finished product.

Automated control system: monitors key parameters such as temperature, humidity, and oxygen throughout the entire process to ensure efficient and stable fermentation and first-class product quality.

Every year, 300000 tons of waste are successfully converted into resources, significantly reducing methane emissions, water pollution, and smog caused by incineration, and improving the local ecological environment.

Annual production of 200000 tons of safe, efficient, organic rich and beneficial microbial organic fertilizer, used to improve soil, enhance soil fertility, help farmers increase production and income, and promote the development of green agriculture.
