What does the process flow of an organic fertilizer production line include?

1. Specialized vehicles will be used by centralized livestock and poultry manure treatment sites or organic fertilizer production enterprises to regularly collect manure from various farms, in order to prevent secondary pollution to road surfaces. The collected manure will be directly transported to the fermentation area.

2. After undergoing primary fermentation and secondary aging and stacking, the odor of livestock and poultry manure is first eliminated. During primary fermentation, straw, plant leaves, weed powder, and other plant stems and leaves should be added in proportion. At the same time, organic fertilizer fermentation agents should be added to decompose coarse fibers, so that the particle size after crushing meets the requirements.

3. Crush the fermented materials that have undergone the secondary aging and stacking process, and then introduce them into the mixing and stirring system. Before mixing and stirring, add some trace elements according to the formula into the mixing and stirring system, and then start stirring.

4. The mixed material is conveyed to the disc granulation system, and the granules enter the cooling system after passing through the dryer. After reaching room temperature, the material is screened. The granules that meet the requirements enter the coating machine for coating and then start to be packaged. The granules that do not meet the requirements are crushed by the crusher and returned to the disc granulation system for further granulation. The reasonable combination of raw material fineness is crucial to the production process of organic fertilizer. The higher the fineness of the raw material, the better the viscosity, and the higher the surface smoothness of the granules after granulation. However, in the production process, the use of ultra-high fineness materials in excess can easily lead to problems such as excessively large granules and irregular granules due to excessive viscosity.

5. After undergoing several procedures mentioned above, livestock manure becomes the main raw material for organic fertilizer and enters the sales market for direct sale. In general, the production process of organic fertilizer roughly includes: raw material selection (chicken manure, straw, sludge, peat, etc.) → fermentation treatment → batching and mixing → granulation → cooling and screening → metering and sealing → finished product storage.

The general production process of organic fertilizer requires that its nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content exceed 4%, and organic matter content exceed 30%. Once the organic fertilizer meets these requirements, it can be mixed, crushed, and packaged.
